This is the end. Andrea is playing her last show before she moves back to Guatemala. She played True Stories before, and was totally great. This time she says she is going to play Cumbia, Dancehall and few 90s MTV Classics. No doubt she is going to rock it. So come say goodbye, and have another great time.
I have noticed that I have been a bit lazy about posting songs. I am making it up to you right here with a few riddims. I tried giving a bit of a synopsis of each track, so you know which ones you want. I’m just trying to help, not impose my opinion on you.

I missed True Stories this last two weeks, but I think it was needed to recover from the holidays. Shortie from Schizofonics (who are killing it right now, and who have recorded music with Lady Chann) is down this week and I’m super duper excited. He is totally bangable AND he has got the skills to pay the bills.

I know I didn’t say that I was going to leave my house until after the snow went away, but I went to buy a Fanta in the shop downstairs last night and I was mildy touched by how the snow looked sort of nice. I think I might go take a walk in Phoenix Park today.
I hope none of you are missing True Stories too much, because we will be back up again in less than two weeks. We have a killer few weeks lined up starting on the 19th of January with Shortie from Schizofonics.

New Year’s in the Bernard Shaw is going to be SO SO good. Loads of DJs will be joining me, including Nic James, Dave Lawler, Alan Tayler (C.U.N.T.) Frank (Mr. Jones), plus there is a live band called Attention Bébé outside, with the Big Blue Bus serving food and the bar has mad cheap drinks. As always there is going to be free entry. John Mahon will be taking off his shirt to show of his lovely skin tones. But be safe. You would be stupid to miss it. Well, have a nice NYE and see you in 2010.

65 million years ago, Alan Taylor (Dubliner Magazine’s 10 people to watch in 2010) used to DJ under the name Jurassic Park DJs. Although we only played two shows together, we touched so many people. Now, for one night only, this devilishly handsome duo will take to the decks again. Alan also runs the crudely named clubnight C U Next Tuesday, which is the perfect True Stories after party, just around the corner in Crawdaddy. Here is the best tune ever. See you soon.
